To order using your MasterCard, Visa or American Express cards, please enter the credit card information in the appropriate areas of the order form.

Please list the information as clearly as possible: name, your order, your email address. Also, please include your invoice number.


Happicoats.com stands by our products. If your purchase is defective or has a problem, we will send a replacement or accept the item back for a refund. However, items must be new and in sellable condition. Shrink-wrapped items must be in shrink-wrapped form and unopened. Please call Customer Service at (626) 396-9927 for an authorization.


All orders will be billed and shipped U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise requested. If you would like us to bill your United Parcel Service account, please provide your account number. Shipping within California usually takes 2 to 3 business days. Outside of California will take a few days longer.

NOTE: The above shipping times are not necessarily inclusive of potential delays caused by factors beyond our control. After Sept. 11, the United States started processing incoming packages more carefully, and delays can come about as a result of this.
